Etherial Items and Manifestation Elixer

Etherial Items are purchased manifested but loose manifestation and it's bonuses when you die. If you buy another Etherial item or a Manifestation Elixer all Etherial Items receive Manifestation. Manifestation Elixer also reduces the time spent dead by 4% when you die under it's effects.

Manifestation Elixer: 400 Gold
Manifests ethereal properties of items to increase their effectiveness until you die and reduces time spent dead by 4%.

Etherial Items:

Ghost Treads
Recipe: Boots of Speed + 675 gold
You have manifestation until you die. Buying other Manifested items or Manifestation Elixers can restore manifestation.
Manifestation:
Unique Passive: lvl 4 move speed(+110 ms) and can move through units.
Etherial:
Unique Passive: lvl 2 move speed
Unique Active: You can move through units after using an ability for 3 seconds. Cooldown is 15 seconds.

Notes: Unique Active is only while not Manifested, Manifestation does not have the unique active. The Cooldown only procs if you move through a unit.

Shroud of Haunting Endurance
Recipe: Spirit Visage + Haunting Guise + 600 gold
500 health
30 ability power
38 magic resistance
25 magic penetration
Unique Passive:17% increase to healing and 15% cooldown reduction
Manifestation: 50 tenacity
Note: Unique Passive does not stack with spirit Visage.

Wand of Sending
Recipe: Brutalizer and Blasting Wand + 300
40 ability power
25 damage
15% cooldown reduction
15 armor penetration
Manifest:
20 magic penetration
Unique Active: For 12 seconds Skillshot spells go through minions in their path doing 60 true damage until they hit a champion. Cooldown 60 seconds.

Probably needs some tweeking btw. Anyone else got ideas for this kind of mechanic?

I'm thinking the rue damage needs to be toned down and the CD on the active for the wand to be scaled up. Think of, Nid's Spearshot or Ez's Trueshot. Too good. It would be a very interesting idea.

I'm thinking that may the stats the shroud and wand are a little bit too much. Though I'm no pro at this, so make your own decision.

Hmm. I like the idea of having to buy something to get bonus effects. Really good idea.

I LOVE this idea, the ghost treads are my personal favorite. As for the shroud, I think that 50 tenacity is WAY over the top though, as Merc Treads only give 35. I also think the Sending Wand would be almost required on some champions and useless on many others. May need to rework the active.
