My Champion Idea

Me and a buddy came up with this champion while being bored at home during server maintanence. Any feedback is welcomed. Keep in mind all numbers are subject to change for balancing purposes.

Saigo Masamune, the Last Samurai(Melee, Tough, Fighter, Carry, Haste)

Appearance: Traditional samurai uniform with mask and battle standard. Colors are red and black.
Weapons: Katana with sheath and a Wakizashi on his hip, with a Yumi longbow on his back.

Overview:
Health-Medium
Spells-Weak
Attacks-High
Difficulty-Medium

Stats:
Damage - 50(+3.0 / per level)
Health - 445(+85 / per level)
Mana - 210(+30 / per level)
Move Speed - 320
Armor - 16.2(+3.5 / per level)
Spell Block - 30(+1.25 / per level)
Health Regen - 1.4(+0.14 / per level)
Mana Regen - 0.80(+0.05 / per level)


Passive:
Shogunate- 2% of your attack speed is converted to an extra 1% dodge. This comes in handy for your ultimate.

Yumi Strike- You attack with your bow, your bow does 30(+0) physical damage to the first target and 50% and 25% of that damage to the second and third target. This is a skill shot, it goes in a straight line. Good for harassing and farming minions.

Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 Mana
Range: 1500

Kendo- Activate this ability, the next ability that would harm you is ignored. You dash to that enemy champion, dealing 20(+0) physical damage. Then dash back to your original spot. Last 4/5/6/7/8 seconds.

Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 Mana
Range: 1000

Katana Strike- Passive: Increase your attack speed by 2/4/6/8/10%.
Activate: You strike with your katana dealing 100/150/200/250/300 true damage.

Cost: 50/50/50/50/50 Mana
Range: 400

Bushido- You challenge an enemy champion to single combat. While in this state, only your attacks and abilities can damage the enemy champion and vice versa. If you fail to kill enemy champion, you commit Seppeku, you die. Last 4/5/6 seconds.

Cost: 100/75/50 Mana
Range: 600

And there you have it, a true samurai ready for battle in The Institute of War. Any feedback is welcomed.

Erm... The Ultimate makes the champion seem ridiculous to play. The range on the first and second abilities is IN ****ING SANE. Do you know how far 1500 range is? That's like in the bushes hitting past the turret (top/bottom lane)

The range on Yumi Strike is the same on Nidalee's Javelin Toss. I could reduce the range on Kendo if it seems imbalanced, maybe 600 or 700.

its the way u wrote it...sound funny

anyways, i dont think u thought it through enough.
the biggest/only problem i guess is people just kite u for 4/5/6 seconds. and then laugh at u commit suicide

and on a historical note, i dont think samurai commits suicide in a middle of the battle. especially if he has full hp and the enemy is almost dead.

doesnt this sound funny lol.

umm... Everything Physical, so you play DPS.
That Samurai wouldn't waste this ulti on a Tank, he would wait until he's low life and JUST USE IT ON CASTERS.
A Dps Character should be able to finish a Caster in 6 seconds, so the ultimate is overpowered in my opinion, looks like a free kill.
Sucks Early game, but op Mid/Late.

i would increase E-Skill passive to 20%, 25% or 30%AS

and your passive is overpowered too.

Look at some Attackspeed Builds on Mobafire, there are often things like 150% Attackspeed.

75%Dodge+12NinjaTabi+Masteries ?!

Maybe 5%AS-1%Dodge would be fair...

the ultimate seems a little stupid. if you dont kill your enemy in 4 seconds then you die.

the passive is overpowered as well, as squall said maybe 5% attack speed into 1% dodge
idk what the diminishing returns are, but without them 42% dodge seems good enough. jax stacks nearly 50% or so.

about the ranges, for the archer one it just depends, does the arrow travel 1500 no matter what? like even if it hits one or 2 enemies? (assuming it would stop if it hits a third.)
the range for the dash attack though seems a little far. maybe 650 or so.

lastly, katana strike seems op, passive 10% attack speed and a 300 true damage attack? olaf's reckless swing does 340 damage, but he takes 136 true damage.

Well, I kinda like the idea of the ulti. It's like a kill-shot on those who's low. Like Karth's ulti. And if you get fed, well, just über. Like any fed Champion is (WW anyone?).

And the fact that you die if you don't pull the ulti off seems quite fair for me.

Katana Strike just seems like a better Olaf move. What's the disadvantage?
