It wasn't exact order. I was simply listing the items, i just went OCD and tried to make it look organized. Besides every player should already know to build to counter the enemy team.

Actually, I am a big fan of crit strike Nasus. I usually build like:
1.
Trinity Force
2.
Mercury's Treads
3.
Frozen Mallet
4.
Phantom Dancer
5.
Infinity Edge
6.
Banshee's Veil
I like this because you have some nice damage, you aren't squishy, and your normal attack can crit when you use
Siphoning Strike added with the damage that can get upwards of 640-700. So with this build, you get:
241 attack damage
3355 health
1635 mana
76% crit chance
250% crit damage
If your attack crits when you use
Siphoning Strike you will do 603 plus the bonus damage from Siphoning Strike, so that is most likely over 1k damage. And you are tanky enough to fill the off-tank role on your team.
For beginner Nasus players, I highly recommend going full tank + Triforce. But this build is just a fun little build to use for those who are more experienced with Nasus.

Bravery is being the only one who knows you're afraid.
Hrm, I feel Frozen Mallet is very redundant and Phantom Dancer is unnecessary. Triforce + IE is good enough while building a Sunfire in place of Frozen Mallet and maybe an aura item like Stark's Fervor in place of Phantom Dancer. You're already going to slow with wither + auto attacks by the time you get Triforce and you don't need much speed to catch up to them with Phantom Dancer.

Base Damage and Stacked Damage on
Siphoning Strike can't crit. Only your AD is included in crits.

The moment a religious person unknowingly calls his own ways stupid: "And lol. I highly doubt you have magic powers. If you proved it I would believe you, but since you 'refuse to', I choose not to."
Just to clarify: crit is a bad choice on nasus. His Q's bonus dmg doesn't work with it and the bonus dmg from TF doesn't either. Just going for defense and TF is the best way to build him.
"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T

And I know that TF and crit are purely with your AD only, not with the damage form your Q. But I've been hitting 1k+, so it's quite fun.
Defense + TF is definitely the best.

If it's stupid but works, it isn't stupid.
Wait, why doesn't the AD from Trinity Force effect your crits? It says "Increases your base Attack Damage by 150%" So, wouldn't that make you crit harder?
Sig courtesy of GrandmasterD. Go get your own sig from them. :D

If that's the exact item build order: I'd recommend you not use that build. If it's something logical like aegis->sheen->boots->triforce->Guardian Angel->Randuins/Banshee's->whatever the **** you want, i think it'd make a bit more sense.
^ This, its incredibly important to rush Aegis on nasus, however I would get the boots before sheen :P.... and guardian angel would be after banshee/rand
