You see a lot of Attack speed debuffs these days... Barrel Roll, Absolute Zero, Essence Flux, Wither, Frozen Heart... I think it deserves a name. I mean, there's more attack speed debuffs in the game than fears, so a name seems apt, especially since it, like all status effects, are hard to describe without a single word to sum them up.

My attack speed is always drastically reduced when I'm hungover, usually by 30-40% even.

I can't really think of anything besides cripple, though I think that's better suited to a reduction in damage. Fatigue, maybe?
