The recipe itself doesn't seem to be worth 900 maybe like 600, This would make the total cost 2210 which seems viable, But the Short range dash, How many yards would it be and would it deal damage to any enemies?

no damage to enemies. It would be a short jump. Pass through most walls but not the biggest ones. IDK exeactly the yards that would be.

Seems much too powerful as an escape mechanism for champions who don't normally have one. Ashe can just dash through a wall to get away. Wonderful.
