Question about Doran's stacking

Instead of trying to keep bad laners in lane for longer through the use of doran's shield, you should grab gp/10 items so that you can make up for, and enhance your farming. The ONLY people i EVER see get doran's items in high level streams are people who need the lane sustain of ring but don't need it later, people who are losing bot lane, and people who don't want to die in level 1 fights as easily. They are essentially just a waste of gold past 45m. A crutch for bad farmers really, and even then, Gp10 is better at it.[/quote]
