In the beginning, yes, but once they buffed the wight camp junglers clearly have a higher income.

Can't junglers actually out earn laners with proper conservation stack usage?

ive done it multiple times as shyvana by just staying in my jungle for the first 20 or so minutes of the game, im sure there are other junglers that can but most of my shyvana games ive ended up far ahead just clearing camps

I think we got a bit away from the main theme of the thread, what will happen if the sustain changes are made like that? Who will reign top lane?

AP top laners would be my guess. For example, I'm already doing well with Elise atm, but Doran's Shield nerfs should make it easier for her to poke enemies down without running out of mana for sure.

You know, Riven's HP/5 will be nerfed to 2.5. She gains for that 20 more shield at every level.

No major changes imo. Champions with build-in sustain will probably become a bit stronger compared to those who do not have it.
