She doesn't scale as well with attack speed as I had hoped since her cooldowns aren't amazingly long to begin with and, at max, her ult has a 90 second cooldown.

Using Q last in burst rotation will give you the most amount of damage possible while extending W long enough for you to chase most people down.
You're only really going to be charging a lot of fury in prolonged skirmishes and, if you don't kill them within a burst rotation or so, you're probably going to die unless you have 40% CDR.
Her natural HP is really too low to make any risky moves and without a significant amount of life steal to take advantage of the 3 pronged Q damage, you will die really quickly.

Wriggle's Lantern is probably good for farming.
Trinity Force is a must, because she needs the movement speed, health, attack speed, and slows.
Randuin's Omen is too good to resist. You want the health, and the extra armor complimented the Wit's End.
Wit's End is great in my opinion. Double procs from Twin Bite will be tons of damage. The defense is definitely wanted.
Black Cleaver looks good, though it's optional.
Tiamat is supposedly a good item as well. Seriously, double AoE procs? Would be ridiculous in team fights.

Reason she is dps because AA's all modify her abilities. It's her ****ing playstyle.
I would far more love it if she was more like Nidalee scaling from AP and Q would have AP scaling instead of double attack. Then she would be a great AP jungler like Fiddlesticks.

Isn't it 9 seconds max? 3 basic seconds + 6 seconds with passive extension. Not sure.
