Undying Ragei dont think any form of cc stops him from ulting. im not 100% sure but i believe if any it would be suppress (obv..)

I don't think so. If that were so, I would have expected to kill a lot more Tryndameres with Alistar. Maybe the player (or you, if you were trynd) just didn't hit the button in time before being killed.
I have no way of proving or even testing this, but it doesn't seem to make sense for a knockup to work where a suppress fails.
