It applies to the first hit. I.E. 15ArR at 1st hit, 30 at 2nd, 45 at 3rd.

has anybody done work with AS marks and AD quints? it could be the best for cross game dps. the AS marks are second highest dmg in early, and pretty much stay in 2nd or close 3rd all game.

AS is not an attractive stat in runes for most champions. AS marks should not be used unless you don't benefit from ArP. Almost all carries should stick to ArP marks.

You really did all those graphs? And no one forced you to do them?

Probably AS or ArP I'd say. Maybe even the MrP+ArP.
