Anyone agree or disagree on this opening build? Gives Mp5 to start then Gp10 then your mana item followed by a CDR item. obvisiously at this point your squishy but you have a good foundation set up for the rest of the game. Your thoughts.
My friend mains soraka and starts with two faerie charms, a health potion and a sight ward.
Buys two Philo stones, then two lucky picks, pickup up boots somewhere in there, continues to get wards, buys oracles somewhere around boots, and then gets deathcap to replace one of the lucky picks.
Tri lane for life.

For my Soraka, I'm never hungry before teamfights and I usually have only 3 items by start of late game(which game usually ends) : Ionian boots, soul shroud and morello/rod of ages (ironically gotten during the 30-40min mark)

Soraka CAN farm. Mana is a complete joke to her. Clarity and Infuse, stand there all day and farming minions. I do it now and usually on my first back have around 3k gold, unless I got first blood and or some kills then its more.
Most I ever had on first back? I wanna say it was 14 mins in and backed with close to 6k gold. I got fed SOOOOO hard.

Let's remember that tanks also don't need as much farm, and between the tank and Soraka: it's better to give Soraka that farm because better items give her better healing.
