well give it a spin, but if it doesn't work, you might have to look at getting a new computer or a new processor. Keep in mind if your computer is really old they might not make a processor that fits your motherboard socket anymore.

To be completely honest, I think my computer can handle streaming at a good rate. I should give it a test.
