Yea your upload is enough to do 720p, I don't think your computer can handle it though.

In league, check your video settings: make sure you have vertical sync disabled.

What are your computer specs? Laptop or desktop?

it's dependent on a lot of factors. You can have a lot of different computer setups and be able to stream well. But you need a pretty strong graphics card, doesn't have to be the best, a good processor, and most importantly really good upload speed. Processor and upload are the 2 largest factors of stream quality.

Yea, your RAM seems enough and idk what your vid card is.

You can't replace your processor in a laptop though (well you could but it would void your warranty, you would have to know which one can fit your motherboard, and you would have to take everything apart and know how to put it back again and handle computer components without damaging them) lol
