There is no such thing a "best" for such a vague topic.

Champs all have different functions. Some bruisers are assassins and some are tanky initiators. How can you compare those two? All depends on the teamcomp.

And how exactly does "poke champ" fit in there. Do you mean a poke champ in a role?
If so then
AP Nidalee mid
Jayce mid
Ezreal ADC
Varus ADC

These all have good poke.

Like Embracing said , there are no best champions , but some are very strong.

I think this is one of the best champions at the moment.

Top : Renekton
Mid : Zed/Kha (as AD) Ahri/Diana(as AP) (I prefer these champions)
Jungle: Nauti would be really good , also sej is at the moment strong.
Bot lane: Sona/MF Thresh/Cait

PS: I didn't saw ur poke , so thats not included

You are right janna draven is a really good combo , but i think there are more stonger combo's.

Let's talk about Sona/MF VS Draven/Janna
Sona/MF
Good:
-Insane poke with both's Q spell
-Really good AoE R
-Lot of sustain
-Good Engage
Weakness:
-Sona squishi(i'm not good in englisch)
-Can get dominated easy by CD
-No really good escape

Draven/Janna
Good:
-Heavy dmg Lvl 1/2
-Shield
-Protection for draven
-Knock up
-Good disenage

Bad:
-No AoE (Janna heal aoe , not really amazing expect the push back , and i don't feel that draven R isnt a AoE ult).
-No Heal
-1 early gank can win the lane
-No good engage(janna Q easy 2 dodge)

Well , your choise 2 say what's better

You're forgetting Janna. Janna has good poke, a knockback and knock up as well as an amazing shield. Draven is also very popular in bot because of crazy-amazing early game strength and a poke that synergizes with that of Janna very well.
