Extreme Luck

I'm just wondering why the Rito gods are looking down on me. Today, I bought one of those cursed capsule things, thinking 2 skin shards and some essence. I open it and get spooky gangplank and some essence, which I'm not ecstatic about, but whatever. Then a gemstone comes out and I'm very happy, cause I want the Darius exclusive. I click next and get the ultimate DJ Sona. I am very happy cause I like Sona. There is one more thing left, so I click next. Elementalist Lux stares me in the face. Obviously I'm very happy with this. I'm just confused how I got so lucky. I thought the drop rates were supposed to be low on those, and I get 2 ultimates and a gemstone. Anyone know enough about the drop rates to give me the odds of that happening?

It is nothing but luck my friend, just be happy with what you get! ^^

Drop rates are low but you may use all of your luck in an instance. It isnt like boxes give everyone legendary skins all the time. It is like a lottery. If you buy 5 tickets and win 5 times you... should just give me some money ;p

I don't know about ultimate skin shard drop rates, but the odds of getting a gemstone out of a cursed capsule are 5.4%. Given how crazy lucky your pulls were, I think the percentage would come down to less than 0! In the end though, what matters is that you're lucky in the first place. Rejoice! :D
