League of Legends (LoL) Question: I think skins give a very little buff on your champions.

I think skins give a very little buff on your champions.

I found a video about a very little buff on your champ when it is wearing a skin,
    THe buffs are:

-Skins that make your champ smaller
-Skin that makes your skills animation bigger
    -Skins that reduce counterplay mechanics

    What everyone thinks??

This is definitely true for many champs.

EG: Tryndamere: king tryn and the weird one thats limited have a faster aa animation than demonblade

Blitzcrank: boom boom and the wheels one have a larger fist

Doesn't make a big difference though. The changes are minor.

    Hitboxes stay the same.
    - Steel Legion Lux's Q/E can be harder to see
    - Prestigious Leblanc just turned smaller than a yordle

Santa Gragas' "barrels" are smaller but have the same hitbox.

I always thought that the hitbox stayed the same, and just the characters model size would change giving the illusion of a larger or smaller hitbox. but I may be wrong on this, I do know that the animation for Annie's stun is harder to see on some skins. Thus giving you a slight advantage for using them.

tbh even if boom boom has a larger first, it really isnt a good thing. a friend gifted me time ago , and i used a lot blitz, tho there were really many times that i saw my fist covering the enemy champion to grab without grabbing him, so the hitbox didnt really change, and this is bad cuz makes u fail a lot of grabs when u see they are good

I agree. If you have balanced sounds you can hear Janna tornado and Blitzcrank grab and dodge max range attemps but Mac Blitz has small fist and no sound during grab and i think Janna has something simillar with some skins.
Also totaly agree with WInter skins on Ziggs and Annie i dont like to play against them.
On the other hand i would not use Pulsfire Ezreal his Q is insane mark on your position. Same for Morgana and her new skin if it has same colision radius it is bad for you since it is huge lighting ball.
And ofcourse Zac his purple blobs are really different Oddone from TSM doesn´t use that skin. He has commentary about it on youtube.
And even if skin is just a color you are not always watching minimap so if anyone just flashes in corner of the screen with dark skin you can miss it.

I've heard that when using Snow Day Ziggs it's almost impossible to distinguish an auto augmented by his passive Short Fuse from a Bouncing Bomb, and when playing Frostfire Annie Molten Shield sorta conceals her passive stun indicator. There are a lot of other differences between skins that have already touched on. Pulsefire Ezreal feels a LOT more fluid to me than the rest of his skins.
