Dodge or ragequit. Disgusting ranged champ. Same as Quinn, but even worse.

Akali

You cant play into this. Run grasp if new on Sett, if not, Conq. Tp will be needed. If not too sure dont fight her, wait for help and to scale. Her ap scalings are crazy. If she goes tp ignite ask jng for help

Aurora

Extreme

Its ap Vayne. Play around her mistakes since it will be more punishable than other ranged tops. Wait for help.

Jayce

Major

Ranged and melee half hp you and run after combo. Recomend ghost. Good permaban in high elo.

Malphite

Major

If you dont kill him before he recalls, you lost. One of the only matchups I take grasp on, gives you a bit of more damage and sustain. Play for splitpush or teamfights if your team its really behind. Black cleaver first item.

K'Sante

Major

Same as Malphite, not as hard but I HATE this thing. This is K'sante. A champion with 4700 HP, 329 armor, 201 MR champion👤 has unstoppable🚫, shield 🛡, wall🧱 hopping abilities. Has an airborne 🌪, furthermore the cooldown is only 1️⃣ second mana🧙‍♂️ cost is 1️⃣5️⃣ then when he transforms 💫 w cooldown is refunded and passive deals true damage 🗡 and then for armor/mr 🥋 the more 📈 and more 📈 you stack, you get cdr ⏰! you get cdr⏰ on your q and the casting speed 🚀 gets faster 📈 and then he has an AD 🗡 ratio so his W is eek-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA😱😱

Useless in teamfights

Gnar

Major

The only ranged top that ACTUALLY needs hands to play. One mistake and his game is over. Very worth perma ban. Careful with level 6

Kennen

Major

Cringe thing. In late game can oneshot your team. Wait for his e, rush mercs if he kills you first. After stride its a lot better

Renekton

Major

Big big counter. He breaks shields, dashes, and heals. Really a skill matchup. Ignite needed. Play smart and try to go for level up timers

Riven

Major

Can be your lucky day or your biggest nightmare. Skill matchup. I heavily recommend ignite if you are not new at Sett. If same level in champ, Riven has an advantage. Level up timers are CRUCIAL early

Fiora

Major

Mind games. Bait her W. If new to this matchup rush Blade of the Ruin king and kill her with autos. Splitpush machine. Tp or Ignite are good into her

Vladimir

Major

Play around his W. Tough matchup, you really need prio early or you are done. Ghost or tp are good. If you struggle a lot get spectres cowl or hexdrinker. If he is ahead it will be 1v9 champ.

Gragas

Major

Really big counter and has great sustain. Rush mercs. Grasp if you are unsure of it. Skill matchup but if the Gragas is good you wont win. Play for split push

Ornn

Major

A good Ornn can actually one shot you. Try to sidestep his W. Try to ult him when he ults. Tab often since he can craft on bushes and surprise you

Heimerdinger

Major

Cs lane. He outdamages you almost all early game. You can stun him with his turrets. Wait for stride to play the game, after that its a useless champ

Aatrox

Even

Skill matchup. Good aatrox will destroy you if you are not smarter than him. Careful level 1 and 6. Ignite needed. Even if behind, this thing heals like crazy, so be aware of it

Darius

Even

NEVER FIGHT HIM LEVEL 1. If he has one braincell he will flash your W. Too risky to predict his flash. All in level 2 with E + W. Ignite is good into him. if behind just farm and wait for mistakes. He can be gamechanger on teamfights, so be aware. Never all in if he is full hp.

Garen

Even

Cringe braindead champ. 50/50 level 1, his W reduces damage like crazy. Try to W his ultime, but he can Q before he does so. If behind this champ is useless. Warmogs passive, short trades and all in when he is low enough

Kled

Even

STOP USING W BEFORE HE DISMOUNTS!!! Can be free lane or a nightmare. All in when dismounted. In lvl 1 dont dismount him since he is stronger on that form

Gangplank

Even

I HATE this matchup. Try to all in level 1, and always try to kill his barrel. Steelcaps rush can be really worth. Try to ult him behind a wall so he takes damage even with orange. Try to E + W after he takes orange. Really skilled based matchup

Mordekaiser

Even

Early levels he is useless. I like taking ignite into him. If you dont kill him before 6 you are fucked. Swifties are good into him. Try to W after his shield since it tanks a lot of your damage. Try to cancel his ult with yours, although it is very hard to pull it off. Play in your minions

Jax

Even

Skill matchup. W on his E so he takes the damage 100% of the times. Try to trade E + QQ and run. In all in, secure W with E, he can jump away

Shen

Even

ALWAYS TP. Very strong level 1. Try to get prio and take control of the lane. You can E or R him to stop his ultimate. Try to trade far from his sword so you have a bit of time before he uses his W

Ambessa

Even

Pre 6 its free lane, just wait for her abilities and trade her. Eclipse its very op on her, so dont underestimate her damage. Same as mord, you can ult her when she is going to ult you

Olaf

Even

Level 1 beast. If not sure wait till level 2 before going all in. After 6 it gets harder. Very easy to get early lead on him. Wait for his ult before you all in.

Tryndamere

Even

Same as Olaf. Only dive if not ult up.

Illaoi

Even

Ignite or game over. Her healing is not normal. Pre 6 she is free kill. After it is very hard to win an all in. Even if she is 1/11, she can still win 1v1. Be aware of it

Teemo

Even

As a teemo main at a respectably high elo, this game is hard to watch. Literally cringing at some of these mistakes. If you actually want to learn teemo PM me (im gold 3 24lp) I also do coaching

Wait for his q and all in with ghost. Cringe early levels

Yorick

Even

His ghouls are disgustin. With eclipse he is very dangerous. Try to kill him early levels. Never all in with Maiden up. Late game u oneshot him so dont worry. Take tp

Urgot

If he E's you you die. Wait for his mistakes or jungle help

Volibear

If you are new to Sett this will be your Hell. Ignite is needed into him. E damage is big, so take care. Try to bait him out from his E. If you strugle go with Blade of the Ruined King

Tahm Kench

Can actually be really disgusting. Dont get hit by Q. Never play under his tower after 6. Big ult on teamfight

Warwick

Minor

Ignite and PTA. Level 2 ez kill. Falls off completly after level 11. He is my second main but in top he is horrendous at scaling. If you stack a bit of hp u one tap him. Just care early levels, specially if he has barrier

Kayle

Minor

Abuse her pre 6. After 6 it gets a bit harder. Dont die to her. Try to end game before level 16. Stride makes it very easy. Love swifties on this matchup

Nasus

Freeze. Dive when big wave. Profit

Dr. Mundo

Minor

Dont get hit by his Q. One of biggest ults in game. Dive level 3 if you can. Even with his passive up, if you ult him you do full damage on surroundings. Push Push

Singed

Walk with wave so he doesnt proxy. Very easy to punish him. If he is 6pek student, its a free win. Cs lane

Yasuo

Minor

Harder than Yone, but not too much. Secure your W with E and W combo. Early levels can get tricky with LT on him. After 6 u demolish him

Free lane. Wait on his E to punch him to death

Easy matchup, Gives you the biggest ult in game.

A good Sion knows how to kite you or deal real damage. If he goes ad, DONT UNDERESTIMATE HIM. You can cancel his Q with ur E, but she CD is reduced a lot. Early levels are free. Gets tough. If its baus fanboy he might int or be a genius. Careful with proxys

Can be really rough, his ult is a TP. Always E+W, since he can block your W with his E. Has a lot of damage early, so be aware of it. Skill matchup

I didnt really play into many poppy top players, but her damage its crazy. Dont get baited by her low health because of his W passive. Tp is recommended on this lane
