I'm getting camped...What should I do to win a game like this ?

Hello Everyone ! I'm mostly a toplane main, but sometimes I'm playing mid as well. I've got to GOLD IV this year again and I wish to get a little higher, but I keep losing games because of campers. I hate to lose lane to a tottaly stupid thing like this when I know I can defeat my lane in 1 v 1 but always get in 2 v 1. What should I do to not lose my mind because of this. I'm getting really mad and sad because of this, and I remember how depressed I got when I started playing ranked for the first time.
    Please Help ME !!

a simple trick is to notice the behaviour in the opponent if you were pushing and the enemy laner was playing passive but suddenly starts getting aggressive or if the enemy pushing slightly lets you push out etc can be good signs that they want to make you feel safe enough to become vulnerable to ganks. also most importantly, listen to your jungle pings. As a jungler you get the sense of when the enemy jungler will/should be, so don't ignore the pings from them.

    1. Freeze the wave under your tower.
    2. Play safe and focus on farming.
    3. Place defensive wards.
    4. If you get low better recall and lose tower.
    5. Try meditation and taking deep breaths if you get tilted.
    6. Don't play if you're tilted, take a break.

1_ focus on your warding skill and know where and when to ward (sometimes it's better to get a little deeper than usual places)

2_ try to improve your map awareness and watch the mini map to keep track of enemy jg

3_ don't push the hard if you don't have a reason to (specially in top since you won't be roaming much unless you got tp)

4_ know your champ limits. For example if you're playing a scaling champ you most likely would prefer to focus on farming and freezing the wave but if you're playing as an aggressive champ you should look for mistakes and punish them.

5_ know the enemy jungle. who is he playing? is he a Kayn that can pop up from any wall or a Master Yi with no cc and strong ganking tool? knowing this can help you know where to ward and how much aggressive to play.

I hope these can be useful for you.

If you focus on CSing that will generally help you outscale the enemy laner. Also champions like Renekton Sett and Illaoi (and Irelia but she's difficult to learn) among others fare well in 1v2s.
Use porofessor.gg and see if the enemy is duo with their jg, that's mainly the reason you'd get camped.
Beyond that, wave management is crucial. Enemies being camped will very naturally push the wave unless you push it and they freeze it there. Freeze the wave near your turret and avoid pushing. You'll do very well this way as enemy Jg has hard time getting to you and your Jg has an easy time ganking.

    3 things:
    1. wards.
    2. Understand the behaviour of jgl (usually camp 2 lanes and not more so if jgl is camping top stay under turret).
    3. It's the job of your jgl to ping you when jgl is near you. So inform your jgl and your mid to notify you when jgl is near you.
