Jax's Ultimate considered spell damage?

Jax's Ultimate deals damage on Jax's third consecutive attack, does that damage trigger with Rylai's Crystal Scepter as spell damage and slow the opposing champion? The main reason I am not to sure is because I think spell damage might have to be damage from a spell that is "activated", not triggered. Thanks, plz respond asap, Julian

The magic damage from procs spellvamp and slow similarly with all single target spells and abilities with full effect.

However I do not recommend Rylai's on Jax because, , , , and all have slow effects (triforce is losing its slow soon though) and are ALL better choices on Jax.

Note that if you're considering a , it's incredibly easy to proc it repeatedly by spamming . The cooldown is very short at rank 5.

No, because it is a passive effect. Spellblade has to be triggered by a spell cast, so you'd have to cast your ultimate in order to get the proc.

Hey PsiGuard thanks for the info, one more question, does jax's ultimate trigger spellblade from something like lich bane?

Now that trinity has no more slow, frozen + trinity even more good on jax then before. btw i usually play more offensive, like , but yeah your build is good if need tankyness, mine is more for when fed.
