League of Legends (LoL) Question: KINDRED JUNGLE

I use this with jungling Kindred:
Skirmisher's Sabre - Devourer
Runaan's Hurricane
Boots of Swiftness - Furor
Guardian Angel
Statikk Shiv
Trinity

With jungling I usually start the game with these:
Ward, Hunter's Talisman, Refillable potion
#2 Buy is when I need to recall back:
Hunter's potion, Hunter's machete

Don't forget to take Smite/Flash (or whatever you prefer the second spell, I use these).

This is easy to modify for laning: just change the Skirmisher's Sabre as Blade of the Ruined King.

Kindred is meant to be agile for not getting too much damage, but if you need more hp/armor then change the Statikk Shiv and Trinity something like Dead Man's Plate or so. But I usually do fine with this build, as you can see in the pic.

Enchantment warrior, berserker's shoes, blade of the ruined king, runaan's hurricane or youmuu's ghostblade, last whisper, the bloodthirster

That's ok build I think. Someone who knows more about kindred can probably help you out better.
