    Liandry's Torment: "movement is impaired"

How exactly does the double damage effect work? Does movement impaired refer to slows only, or does it apply to a range of CC's that "impair your movement?" A list of the CCs that get the double damage would also be appreciated.

Also, does an ability that slows immediately start doing double the normal damage, or does it only work on the skills that follow the slow. For instance, will Rumble's first or second harpoon get double damage on Liandry's passive?

    Thanks in advance :D

So if the enemy is slowed, stunned, suppressed, snared or any other form of cc'd, the 2x damage effect kicks in. Amazing item on singed if he builds a rylais.

I'd test it out. Play Nocturne in a bot game and use his E on an enemy. See if it works or something like that.

    I'm interested to know myself.

Yeah, I was thinking silence wouldn't make sense as well. What about fear and terrify? They aren't necessarily CCed in the same sense as slow or stun, but they don't have control over their own movement.
