OCE Skin?

I'm wondering if anyone has any information on the skin for the OCE server, every other server got a skin made for the opening of their servers yet OCE is still waiting whats up with that?

Br got a skin no one even knows it's from the brazilian server...

The br summoners made a campaign for riot to release a skin to comemorate the 1st year of LoL in Brazil but they didn't release it.

For you who don't know is the brazilian server's skin and not a "Cpt. Price" or "Expendables" GP. Because Brazil is all jungles and drug fighting, you know.

That is EU though :p actually I don't know why I'm expecting anything really it's been too long since the server launch it's just annoying since Riot said that it was in the works but nothing seems to have come from that (empty) promise.
