League of Legends (LoL) Question: Opinions on the doge timers

I've been thinking about the timers you get for dodging and I personally don't like them most people dodge for good reason (I know that some do it for no reason) like if you have a team that consists of a karma mid, vayne top, soraka jungle, nocturne support and adc anivia (I hope that this has never happened though) you wouldn't want to stay in the team if you were sensible enough to pick a semi viable option (Karma mid). So if you get a team that's terribad or the enemy team has a team that completely counters yours you would want to dodge but if you do you get this ****ty timer stopping you from going into another match. So that's my view does anyone care to share theirs?
