    Does life steal apply to the bonus damage from denting blows? Also, is it only auto attacks that stack her W?

    No, lifesteal doesn't work with Denting Blows (but Death's Dance does). You can stack Vi's W with abilities as well as basic attacks.

    So, for example, I am playing Vi top with Conqueror and Ravenous hunter, and those would work with denting blows?

    Conqueror will work once it's fully stacked. I don't think Ravenous Hunter works but I'll test it out real quick to find out for sure.

    Conqueror is fine on Vi and is actually a pretty meta pick for a keystone.

    I don't think Ravenous Hunter is that good on her but it's a choice you can pick. Overall the only time when you'll use the domination tree is when you're running HoB, and Relentless is just a way better option with it then Ravenous.

    it does not by passively. but if you purchase item which has life stealing option, then Denting Blows applies.
