League of Legends (LoL) Question: What in your opinion are the best passives?

I hate the champ but teemo's passive is a nice one to have.

Evelynn's stealth definitely
Annie's stun is actually really good, especially when used with Tibbers cast or her W
Azir's is also good like you said

Level 6 Eve is a powerful Passive if used with good timing on her ult.

Yasuo : double the crit for half the price.

Veigar : infinity AP

Aatrox : tons of DPS, and revive on a 2 minute cooldown

Blitzcrank : 50% mana shield for 10 seconds. Just compare this to similar abilities.

Kled : You have basically 3 lives because it's so easy to remount

Brand : literally a triple liandry

Kai'Sa : god tier DPS and AP scaling

Vladimir : become a tank just by stacking AP

Darius : Imagine that huge bleed + 230 AD passive on anyone else.

Kalista : Free dash for every AA. Imagine anyone else with this.

Ik this is super biased, but Sonas passive very strong, due to the way it synergizes with her kit, and how much utility it adds.
