Will poppy help?

Poppy was my first champion and i mastered her up to tier 7 but i havent played in a while and i heard she got nerfed twice so is she stil playable to get me up in rank? I play poppy on everything and thats how i got tier 7 but i dont know if it will help in ranked. If not i still have Ziggs,Tristana,Rumble,Kennen,Fiora,Zyra and Taliyah(i have more champions but i play these more) so what would my best choice be to climb from bronze 3?

She may not exactly be meta, but if you're looking for a tank, she fits the bill. She's pretty good against champs like Camille who utilizes dashes and what not, so if you see a pick like that toplane, usually a good idea to grab Poppy. However, my experience in lower ELO is to play champs like Darius, who can deal the damage and is inherently tanky. Fiora works as well, as you listed.

Poppy is generally an easier pick than Darius once you get higher elo though. Because higher elo people understand how easy it is to kite a Darius and peel him off their carries. A poppy on the other hand has way too much mobility and utility.

Fiora is only as good as the player.

Any champion that you're good with will help you climb in ranked.
Poppy is pretty good, but I don't think she is "meta" if that's what you're wondering.

I climb ranked rapidly playing off meta champions that I am really good with. Just because people consider a champion really strong at the moment doesn't mean you have to play it. Could play just urgot ranked and rise to Diamond if you're good.

Thing to keep in mind about Poppy is even when she builds full tank she does pretty good damage thanks to how she scales.

I think after the nerfs poppy fell out of "meta" but I'm not sure. I don't play based on the meta so I don't really keep up with it that much so you might be right.

I remember Vizicsacsi from Unicorns of Love playing at the LCS Finals. He was pretty good against , I think IS "meta" :)

As long as your good with her you could climb a rank. It doesn't matter how nerfed she got. Even if she isn't in the meta you could still go up in ranked.
