It most often starts at about 5 seconds before jungle buffs spawn, and then i spike to 12 000 ping and i cant move anymore, and then i cant even play the game. Because id so, there is no info about stack limit or losing stack... It would be pretty OP if you could have infinite stacks since it deals 33% DMG to champions too.

  Flat CDR blues vs Scaling CDR blues

  Fiddlesticks' [[dread]] passive recently got buffed so that it won't show as a debuff to enemy champions that are close to him, but don't have vision. Does this mean that his actual Magic resist debuff won't show either? I'm wondering if players can still sniff out fiddlesticks' location by frequently checking to see if their magic resist levels have decreased.

  How to play corki lulu vs cait thresh

  I just got deleted in lane by a thresh caitlyn lane. I chose corki, and it seems like i got countered pretty hard. I found it difficult to CS, as i took a lot of damage from both cait and thresh, and couldnt really retaliate well. My jungler was diana, and was reassurring in that she would not gank. How can corki lane successfully under these conditions? Any advice is appreciated!

  [[toxic shot]] counts as a spell i believe, so would teemo's autoattack proc the blue income item twice? What about the DoT from teemo's toxic shot?
