Yeah I'm aware they do that.
And it works mostly. :#
But late game champions are generally favorable to early game in competitive play.
In pubs early game work well because people don't know how to turtle ^^"

Take Ashe for example.
Rush infinity edge, PD, rush this right after, and her crit and attack speed are nuts, and her damage is high.
So let's think. Perosnally I think it's the attack speed that's making the item too eas"
