"The earliest I build it is second-to-last item, since I feel Rabadon's Deathcap and magic pen items are more important than Lich Bane in the early and mid game. If you don't need Void Staff to deal with enemy magic resist items, then a Lich Bane as your 5th item should be fine.

"Haven't played Warwick top since he was reworked. Tiamat should still be a good item to rush. Maybe Ravenous Hydra, Spirit Visage and Dead Man's Plate? Experiment and see what works and what doesn't, or see if you can find a good Warwick top player to emulate.
