They'll evaluate the present state of your guide, finished or not. If you don't want downvotes for this reason, you shouldn't release a guide in an unfinished state"

I don't really see Skarner being able to finish trinity unless he's pretty ahead, but glacial is pretty easy to build. Can't say for sure though. "

Asked a Question: May 13th, 2014 I recommend Twitch, he's a stronger meta pick and far easier to play effectively. He's also very fun.
