Tiamat costs 375 less gold than Sanguine Blade for the same AD. I'd argue you'd get more damage out of it too since it gives you extra AoE and the active, compared to the really-hard-to-stack sanguin"

"Hydra's probably a better investment, takes too long to stack sanguine with garen's kit. If not hydra, then you should probably dump gold into a brutalizer upgrade.

"I've built BT->Triforce->LW basically every game I've played Lucian and have not regretted it yet. The only change is that I occasionally build parts of triforce while waiting for BF sword -- usually getting a phage with double dorans and vamp scepter for eventful laning phases.
