"Frozen Heart on an ADC is a really bad idea. The armor is practically worthless because your health pool is atrocious. It would be much more useful to spend that gold on a quicksilver sash, guardian angel or even randuin's omen."

"1. Don't be the first one in.
2. If the enemy team blows cooldowns and you feel safe enough, rift into range of the enemy AD carry and use your spells.
3. If you don't feel safe, walk up to a squishy target if you can, use Q and E and rift out before anyone can hit you.

"LoL spells are often used for harass early game, rather than all-ins. Mana costs are a lot lower so if you hit an enemy with an ability, it's usually worth casting it (depends on the champion). Also some champions don't use mana and use energy, health or no resource to cast spells.

You should play whichever role suits you best. You can carry yourself out of silver with any role, though support is arguably more difficult. Easiest is probably mid lane, though you can abuse...
