"Spirit of the Ancient Golem received no nerfs and a small buff to jungle damage.
Madred's Razors and Wriggle's Lantern weren't buffed per se; they were changed. The proc is reliable instead of being based on RNG and Wriggle's is now a more expensive item with stronger stats.

It's supposed to be an MR option for tanks and bruisers with poor AD scaling, like it always was. People like Shen, Naut, Cho or Shyv should be able to use it for a similar niche that hexdrinker fills for other champions."
