"Personally I'd use people like Draven, Miss Fortune and maybe Ashe with Sona. Since she has a combat boost but no spammable CC, she doesn't make a solid kill lane. She also doesn't make the best passive lane since she just has a measly heal.

Not nearly enough. It'll improve usability, but not viability, which is the main problem.

"Mostly I don't expect Riot to introduce it since CV isn't in every game. In fact I'd say it's in quite few games now since its nerf. Most supports take combat summoners now."
