"I'd say Talon's your best bet if you want to win the lane, Sion or Udyr if you want to hold it. The nice thing about talon (besides his crazy aggression) is you can stop most of his harass even if you get marked by his poison. Cutthroat has a really nice range on it.

Flat Health is nice on tanks with a resistance steroid, like Rammus's Defensive Ball Curl or Leona's Eclipse. It gives a lot more effective health for early game should you need it.
