"Kog is less than a 5 because he is literally one of the easiest targets in the entire game for Veigar to kill. He is one of the squishiest champions, has no escape mechanism, is fairly slow speed-wise and when he builds AP your ultimate will take out a huge chunk of his health. His laning is a lit"

"He's quite viable, but not the strongest pick. Personally I think he's better off in the jungle duo to his utility and gank presence, but he's a decent top laner as well. Don't be afraid to play him by any means."
