"He's quite viable, but not the strongest pick. Personally I think he's better off in the jungle duo to his utility and gank presence, but he's a decent top laner as well. Don't be afraid to play him by any means."

"It's more of a change than a buff. A lot of the time you should be instantly detonating your singularity, so the increased cooldown is going to suck, especially for laning phase. The sight changes are nice, but it's more of a gameplay improvement than a solid buff.
