"It's more of a change than a buff. A lot of the time you should be instantly detonating your singularity, so the increased cooldown is going to suck, especially for laning phase. The sight changes are nice, but it's more of a gameplay improvement than a solid buff.

kavika: I often prioritize W before E even as a support. The cheatsheet shows E priority to emphasize that you should level it up IF necessary. Alistar's skill order is very much flexible, so feel free to allocate points wherever they're needed.

"I suggest scrapping tear/AA staff, swapping cdr boots for sorcerer's shoes (ahri's cds are pretty dang low anyway, and you really shouldn't build cdr on AP mids) and change to mp5/lvl seals. They overtake flat runes at around level 6, which is usually when you need the mana regen anyway. Flat "
