"I like Boots of Mobility. They give a ton of roam speed and are really fun to use. Too bad other boots are usually more viable. You can sometimes get them on a few champions like Twitch, Evelynn, Alistar and some AP mids like Sion and Lux."

Galio is a counterpick, which is why he's more rare.
Akali, Lee Sin, Singed, Trundle and Amumu are all still very viable.
