"1. People hear about Rumble nerfs.
2. Rumble becomes underplayed.
3. The few people who play Rumble have no idea what they're doing because they never see other people play him.
4. Everyone sees bad Rumble players and assumes he's bad.
This happens with certain champions every once in a while."

"^Sounds fine to me, except that Attack Speed marks aren't very great for laning. You don't get enough time autoattacking in laning phase, so you're usually better off with AD or arpen instead.
Also remember that build orders are usually situational anyway. You don't have to follow jhoi's build "
