"Well, assuming you have the correct runes and masteries, there shouldn't be a big problem. You do go QWQ at the beginning right? With a vamp scepter?
If it's a big issue, just add in an AD quint or two. Early AD buffs up your jungle quite a bit, but armor pen is more effective for late game. "

"Kennen and Veigar are my favorite counter-picks to Akali.
Ken gets pretty tanky with Abyssal Scepter and Zhonya's Hourglass, and can easily use ALL of his spells even on cloaked targets. Like Akali, he doesn't rely on mana and can stay in lane as long as he has health.

"Morgana has a pretty slow base MS, and her ult requires her to put herself in danger. She's also not as bursty as other AP carries.
