Views: 1680 Champion Rework Ideas: Sion

Got bored and brainstormed up another one based off some fun ideas I had, only mildly tried to balance it.
Sion, the Deadnought
Attributes: Fighter, Tank, Mage, Jungler
Special Notes: Manaless, runs on unique resource
Passive:
Soul Gorge -
Sion feeds on the souls of his fallen foes, using them as a resource for his spells. Every time a minion or monster dies in range of
Sion, he gains one stack of Soul Gorge. Champions and large monsters provide two souls.
For every soul
Sion has accumulated, he takes 3% damage reduction from all sources.
Sion can stack a maximum of five souls.
Range: 800
Q:
Evil Eye -
Sion targets an enemy dealing 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+25% of ability power) magic damage and slowing them by 20% / 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% for 4 seconds.
The slow increases over its duration at a rate of 5% per second and if the target is within 300 units of
Sion at the end of the duration, they take 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+25% of ability power) magic damage and are stunned for 1 second.
Range: 500
Cost: 2 Soul Gorge
Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds

Deathly Shroud -
Sion surrounds himself with the souls of his slain foes, giving him a shield absorbing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+60% of ability power) (+15% bonus health) damage for 3 seconds. If the shield is not destroyed at the end of its duration it will explode, dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+60% of ability power) (+15% bonus health) magic damage. Destroying the shield prematurely causes it to deal half damage.
AoE Range: 450

Cooldown: 10 seconds starting from shield raised

Enrage - Passive:
Sion heals for 1% / 1.5% / 2% / 2.5% / 3% of his missing health on every autoattack.
Active:
Sion's attack speed is increased by 50% / 60% / 70% / 80% / 90% for the next 3 attacks, which deal damage to all targets in front of him in a cone area of effect. Each attack deals 110% / 120% / 130% / 140% / 150% of his total attack damage. The buff lasts for 2 seconds and is refreshed with each attack.

Cooldown: 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds

Feast of Souls -
Sion deals 100 / 200 / 300 (+40% of ability power) magic damage to all enemy champions around him. For the next 6 seconds,
Sion surrounds himself with an aura dealing 2% / 3.5% / 5% (+0.01% per ability power) current maximum health in magic damage to all champions within the aura and heals himself for half the amount.
Sion gains one stack of Soul Gorge per second so long as Feast of Souls is active.
Sion also gains 35% movement speed as long as a champion is in range of the aura.

I dunno about this one honestly. It looks really cool and I'd love to try it outbut it's looking a little OP to my (really bad) eyes(lol ignore this). Basically he's still pretty easy to kite (arguably easier now, since his stun is shorter range and not instant) but if he does get on you then you're not going to have a fun time. He's primarily AP Tank but I could see a tanky AD build being somewhat usable on him too (Hi
Trinity Force). This is a really weird design that I made up and I'm not sure what to think of it. He's basically like
Hecarim or
Zac but with less mobility now.

The Idea behind the Rweork is basically about making Sion into a relentless Zombie, which is supposed to hunt down a single target, which Zombies tend to do as we know them. But be warned: He's basically killing AP Sion with this rework!
I also changed a few of his suggestions to what i think would be better/more balanced.
Both Pawnce and I didn't include any numbers as he himself said he's not sure about what would be balanced or not, and neither am I.
Final Disclaimer: I do not claim any rights for this Rework Idea coming from me, it all comes from Pawnce, except for a few changes i did!
Passive: Relentless Abomination. Every third (or fourth or so) instance of a CC directed towards Sion is negated, Damage is applied normally.
Q: Gaze of the Dead. Sion stares at a Target, which slows them and deals a physical DoT with medium Duration (about 5 Seconds)
W: Death's Caress. Sion gains a Shield which scales with maximum Health, and as long as this Shield is up, his Autoattacks increse the duration of his Gaze of the Dead by 1 second up to a set maximum.
E: Cannibalism. Sion passively gains Lifesteal against all Champions marked with Gaze of the Dead. The Active is a Toggle-Ability which makes him use Health for bonus Damage on his Auto-Attacks (just like it did before) and heals him for a small amount on a Last-Hit, and no longer gives him permanent Health.
Ultimate: Gift of the Unliving. Sion marks an Enemy Champion with a Debuff, instantly giving them the maximum Duration of Gaze of the Dead (which can't be increased anymore), the Enemy Champion affected by this receives 10% of all Pre-Mitigation-Damage they deal to Sion and Sion gains bonus Movement Speed if the marked Target is in about 800 range nearby.
I hope this might or might not be a good Rework Idea!
