hecarim will be very good just not in the jungle if anything we will see him mid and top.

Also seen my share of lane hec. I think hec players need to think what they're going to build though, I'm tired of lane hecarims dominating but ultimately building poorly and becoming dumpster mid late/lategamers

changed around a few champs, lot of the recently buffed/nerfed are still in testing for me

Jungle Hecarim seems good in soloqueue but he needs more farm than most competitive junglers. I also wouldn't be surprised if he was seen in lane instead.

Yup Syndra is alot weaker now early game cant bully or trade as well. She is not best mid in game now 100%. LB would be and jayce should be down 1 or two. Zed should be alot higher hes very dominate even in competitive or solo q.
