Depends on what you're doing. Sometimes you have a good dive/assassin comp and your R is the best lockdown, as long as they don't have something like Janna/Lulu. I've done a game that was really hard because they had a really good Cassiopeia, so our last tf I immediately R'd her, and both Kassadin and Ahri did they're best for her to not even have the chance to breathe and it worked.

Sej ulti is such a free initiation currently. Your opponents just have to be in the general vicinity of your Glacial Prison in order for you to successfully initiate a team fight on them
