I'm sure this was asked before, but what makes Fiora such a low tier 3 pick in your eyes? I would agree with her being a bad pick competitively, but this list also leans towards (high elo) solo queue, right?

^ lel, so far no team is coordinated enough to stop a kata from snowballing. I feel she's especially strong now with luden's echo, it works so well with her q >_>

Annie and Morg tier 1 again what do you know and a month ago you all hated on me saying for rating them highly.
Yes because it takes alot of coordinated team play for one person to use there cc on kat most time i do it my self if im playing against a kat.
