THANK YOU :D
why don't you take one health quint? extra instead of one armor quint? then you practicly can't die in start?
or do you believe the armor quints are more worth?
Flat Health Quints are OK, but in general I seem to do better in lane when I have armor quints as a melee tank than I do with health quints. Just a personal preference thing.
or do you believe the armor quints are more worth?
Also your go-to build has no MR. You will be deleted very quickly.
Thank your for your comments.
While my full engage build may have no MR, if I am getting my team massively ahead I have found that my flat health + CC oriented kit can handle just about any mage or AP assassin.
However in my other builds I do hold a place for a Banshee's Veil, my personal favorite magic resistance item.
Death by Bulleting. That's how this guide feels. As such I skipped a whole lot of it.
In addition I find
If your playing as the only tank on the game but also in the support role would you get a tank item or a support item?
Thank your for commenting. As for the Aesthetics, I admit I am not talented at writing guides. I agree the aesthetic could use some improvement, if I have time in the future I will take your advice into account.
As for tear of the goddess, it's not a good idea. Tear of the goddess in designed to be a first item purchase which is problematic for all supports. As a support, and specific to blitzcrank, your first purcahse items need to be Sightstone + sweeping lens and tier 2 boots for map traversing. If you build tear before these items you are doing nothing to help your carry or the team. If you buy this after these 2 items, this item won't stack in time to be useful. Especially after 5.7 with the Overdrive, Tear would now be harder to stack. It's better to just build straight tank, with Frozen Heart and Righteous Glory mixed in if you really want mana, just so your have a more dependable, and gameplay experience.
Additional problem is that finishing a tear item is expensive and Blitz doesn't utilize damage as efficiently as other supports, such as Morgana or Annie.
Bottom line, I don't think there is ever a situation where tear of the goddess is a good idea on this champion.
As to your last question, these days I wouldn't consider completing a "support" item first. Now that righteos glory exists, there isn't a real reason to finish a face of the mountain and I never advise a talisman of ascension as a first item. In every game I go sightstone -> Righteous glory -> full tank, even if I am not the only tank, I don't like anything else on Bltiz. CDR and tankiness are the way to go on Blitz in pretty much all situations, except URF mode (Bless URF mode).
Hello there. You've got a great guide that's quite comprehensive. But it could certainly undergo some cosmetics.
That aside, there's a few thing's I thought I'd comment on:
All in all, your guide has great potential. +1

Ty for the comments. The decision between Ignite or Exhaust is a personal preference, while I prefer Ignite on an early aggressive support I can respect your opinion on Exhaust. I just like Ignite for lane snowball potential.
As for Randoins vs Locket, I really disagree that assessment. While Locket has some good utility, it's not as "rock solid" as a Randoins Omen. Buying a R.Omen is a huge tank power spike that rewards your upfront and aggressive playstyle. Important part is the health. Health is the best tank stat you can get in the early game to deal with flat damage. Picking up a stronger health items helps you deal with both AD and AP forms of damage. If I were to pick up a Frozen Heart early, sure I would have a ton of resistances, but no health and I would be more vunerable to AP damage on the team. I just feel it's better to incest in Health items, an have a resistance item come later in the build.
