Have you just recently started to keep spiders as pets or have spiders always been one of your main interests when it comes to animals / pets?
Your spider is actually pretty corpulent now. It seems like you're raising a new Aragog ...

Thanks to Natuhlee for this sig!
I've always been obsessed with spiders and other arthropods (particularly insects) since I was a kid. I used to catch them a lot, but I didn't really start keeping them as pets until I caught Neith. The tarantula was a gift from my parents for Christmas, after they saw me obsess and then cry about Neith (I had it less than a week before it died, if I do recall properly), I think. I also have a woodlouse (one of the few crustaceans that lives entirely on land in most species) that I caught at work (a place it can't really survive ofc) and brought home, but that's not entirely interesting to most people so I didn't take a picture of it.
As for the other comment, that's why its name is MorriGOG. One of the two names I originally decided on (one for each sex) was "Aragog", but one of my friends mashed the two names together and it stuck. It's a tarantula, so it'll have a 4-6 inch legspan when it's full grown. Green bottle blues are a fast growing species, they grow to full size in 2-4 years. I suspect Morrigog is male, because it's growing ridiculously fast, but I can't be sure because it's still too small to check the sex properly. If it's male, it'll live about 2-4 years after maturity; if it's female, it could live for 25.
