Sona wanted ADC and I was thinking about going mid but the other guy picking at the same time went Akali so I screwed him over. I felt like Thresh wasn't a support main (though I checked later and he mains Thresh) because he tried to be extremely aggressive at level 1 and ended up taking 3 bad trades in a row, losing most of his pots and all lane pressure. There wasn't really any coming back from that as they were pressured and zoned, forced to use summoners and then I was able to set up a perfect freeze after returning to lane with Pickaxe to secure a massive cs advantage. I ended up with 173 cs at 18 minutes although I slacked off a lot after that due to grouping. My lead was so huge that the game was practically already won but for some reason Sona was still talking shit about how much he hated this Elo and how no one knew how to play. After a few mediocre teamfights/seige attempts in the mid lane I just went to splitpush bot because no one was strong enough to stop me and got the tier 2 while my team won a 4v5. Afterwards we got several kills and took top tier 2 where I got my only death because I stood still out of laziness in the middle of the minion wave for a thresh hook and somehow got tower aggro so yeah I'm afk. Karthus wanted mid but there was a mixup because he had teleport as his summoner so he went top and somehow got a huge lead. We were going even in bot lane except both dying in an all-in late in laning. Leblonk was doing fairly poo, team as a whole got pretty far behind and they had the gold lead for most of the game but we had good scaling and although Vayne made a few positioning mistakes her mechanics were fine and she could tear through their team with Lulu and Nunu buffing her. I was going to pick Vlad because he's much easier mechanically but he was banned so I had to make do with my crappy rusty Viktor. I died for first blood because Lee ganked and I got greedy after my EQ took almost all Veigar's hp, tried to flash ignite him forgetting he had barrier. Joxuu died shortly after trying to chase down the kill on Lee so the start of the game kinda sucked. I got pretty fed during midgame skirmishes when people started roaming to mid and I think I was probably the main thing keeping us in the game. Teamfights were close and depended completely on positioning. Sadly it felt like Ezreal wasn't really having as much impact as he needed to, since their whole team was able to stack huge amounts of MR without really getting punished for it. I think we would've won the game because we were able to get baron and kill Vayne when they came to stop us, but Ezreal recalled to stop like 3 minion waves at bot inhib turret for some reason instead of ending and meanwhile I walked into a Veigar W because I stopped paying attention while we were sieging with 4, lost over half my health and we all died. Morgana was calling her team cancer in all chat, I'm sure that really helped their morale. I was hitting some good Qs so that's nice I guess.[/quote]
