@Clockwork lady: in my personal taste, Shyvana is too dark and the dark thing on top of the font makes it less easy to read. If I was gonna darken shyvana, I'd probably make her a really dark blue except for the eyes

Ty for the tip, I agree with Shyvana being too dark. So I decided to make her a little brighter, make the "storm" a little less stormy and added some accents to the ice pillar.
I hope this one is better :3

I'd consider doing something else with the text, lines of text like that tend to look better if you change the arrangement from a straight line and pick some sort of focus within the text. Right now it's big, lacking focus, and fighting with Shyvana to be noticed.
The other major thing is Shyvana's placement. I'd work on using the rule of thirds to place images, it makes them much more pleasing to the eye.
