Lately I've found myself playing lower and lower meta-tier champions and finding them surprisingly viable, I haven't played Mundo yet today but pre-update he was a great jungler and quickly became one of my favorite picks even if he's not really favored this meta.
This season is full of viable picks though. The game was on its closest to perfectly balanced before the juggernaut changes, and their disruption is already fading away with nerfs to everyone except for morde (he's complicated). So yeah, lots of previously unseen stuff becoming viable is good.
I'd say support

Also, shout out to jungle/top

i do like getting rylais, but i usually get it really late. I'm running 9 points in utility for biscuits and stuff and my build gives me some extra ms. I usually just waveclear with q+plant over and over again while trying to harass where i can.

just played that one. it's a bit of a strange build, I do basically the same thing with lux when i play her. farm and then push lane to back for tear. ludens, boots/archangels. from there i usually go rabadons and then void but they didn't have an mr this game so i never got void, and you can adjust it at that point (or before if you have to, like zhonyas instead of ludens).
Once i get ludens, my q will one shot the casters(with proc), i drop a plant there and work on the melees, or zone the enemy off. ludens+archangels seems to be a good 2 item powerspike on a few different long range mages. I hardly ever have to go back because of tear, I'm staying at range and just using spells and yet i still have a lot of control of the fight. If they even get to me i have heal, flash, and seraphs and e if it's up.
In that game i had 900 ap without sorc elixer or baron (1st drag buff though), i literally 2 shot that lb with e and q.

New and slightly improved version is still up to date >HERE!<

The main problem with your build that I see is the lack of CDR, which I think is crucial on
