You're playing today Ferret? Maybe I should try to install mine. It came a day early. And Buddha, it really depends on what you want your character to be when they grow up. A sniper? Get yourself some perception, agility and luck. Big melee buster? Strength and endurance. You just kinda have to play around a bit. And rushing in with reckless abandon is quite fun so do that :) lelz

Well, whatever game I play, I tend to gravitate towards a sniper, and I don't think it'll be any different with Fallout. Thanks for the suggestions!

As much as I would like to play Fallout 4, I don't have anything that can run it, so I'll be passing on Fallout 4 and making do with New Vegas... For now...

I've been up since the release and I don't feel like sleeping yet, I really like this game but I will admit it is not a completely perfect game, just well made.

Fallout? More like Flopout.

I don't know how's it acceptable for gaming producer to rely on modders to fix their bugs. It's been the case with all their games but people still praise those games as masterpieces.

I still have not slept playing this game and I haven't ran into any big bugs. Sure my computer struggles at times to load areas because my set-up is a bit out-dated.

Plus I don't know what all the fuss is about the bugs anyways, they game hasn't even been out for a full day, just chill and in a few days the developers will start making hot-fixes.

The point is that if they are going to SELL a game for that amount of REAL MONEY, you could expect a nearly finished product, which hasn't been the thing with the latest Bethesda releases. They rely on their fanbase to do the modding to fix the issues and release a few minor patches to cover up their bugs.

skyrim had a few patches to fix a lot of the bugs that were in it

i dont see the problem with people using mods to make the game suit them more, its the intention of Bethesda making sandbox games
Thanks to TheNamelessBard for the signature

I don't expect the vanilla game to be that great when I buy bethesda games, I buy them for their longevity through mods and as sandboxes.
